So I ´m looking for history books, therefore I may be interested in some pieces of revolutionary and terrorist shit. Amazon told me it by mail.

  1. There are many people who are interested in guerrilla warfare despite not being revolutionaries. Some because theya re interested in warfare in gebneral and some because stydying it is the first step for fighting it successfully: you can bet the theoricianns and practitioners of counter-guerrilla had read the Mao book.

    By the way the "Small War Manual" is Marine Corps's manual for counter-guerrila

  2. I doubt Amazon is doing such micro-management. It is moe like the following: let'a book about Napoleon's invasion of Spain. An Amazon employee tagged it with "Guerrilla" and "Counter-guerrilla". Then people buying it would get mail about guerrilla and counter-guerrilla books.

    About guerrilla books: officers waging counter-guerrilla operations and serious about their fight do read Mao's books. In fact it is probably a requirement in their training. It is probable the cleverest guerrilla leaders read the classics in counter-guerrilla warfare.
