Otra vez el Gallardón anuncia la inminencia de la derogación de la ley del aborto socialista, coincidiendo con la movilización de la derecha en contra del gobierno.  No será la ultima vez. Yo ya no digo mas.

No será esta la última vez que anuncian que la ley del aborto es inminente. Ahora a raiz de las excarcelaciones del terroristas y violadores consentida y buscada por el malnacido de Gallardón y el traidor de Rajoy.

Pero todavia hay idiotas y periodistas que pasan de la idiotez que se lo tragan. La ley del aborto es simplemente un caramelo que no vamos a probar NUNCA. A no ser que sea estrictamente necesario. El PP de Genova es el enemigo. A ver. derechistas bobos, a ver si os dais cuenta de una p*** vez.

¿Hay contestación en el electorado? Pues sacamos la derogación del aborto a pasear

Siempre que hay contestación en la opinión pública contra el gobierno por parte de su propio electorado, Rajoy y Gallardón sacan la derogación de la ley del aborto y la congelan en cuanto pasa.

La primera ocasión fue al principio de la legislatura, cuando su electorado se echaba las manos a la cabeza por su inacción a la hora de recortar y por la subida de impuestos particularmente el IRPF. Justo lo contrario de lo que habían prometido en su programa, en pleno desplome de la economía.

La segunda ocasión fue cuando Gallardón (por razones que entenderán mas abajo) nombró de presidente del CGPJ a un lacayo de los socialistas (El que llama al acoso "libertad de expresión") Y se le pilló a Gallardón diciendo a Rubalcaba: "No te quejarás, te he puesto uno de los tuyos". Durante unos días, Gallardón fue el mas ferviente partidario del derecho a la vida.

La tercera vez es ahora, cuando estos días atrás las circunstancias eran negrísimas. Justo antes de que el BCE  abriera aún más el chorro de los billetes, en la típica huida hacia adelante.

Seguramente ha habido mas ocasiones, pero estas son las mas señaladas.

Cuanto se apuestan que si la situación afloja, la ley del aborto se congela de nuevo?

¿Hasta cuando nos vamos a dejar engañar?¿A que esperamos para darnos cuenta de que este es un gobierno usurpador, traidor, que desde el 2008 colabora con los autores del golpe de Estado del 11M y que es un producto de ese mismo régimen golpista, con el que tiene unos acuerdos tácitos o formales acerca de todos los aspectos de la política, desde la "lucha" contra el terrorismo hasta la educación, las autonomías o la política económica? ¿A cambio de que? A cambio de permitir a Rajoy acceder al poder; Que le dejen un poco en paz. Simplemente

 ¿Quien nos gobierna?  ¿A quienes sirve Mariano Rajoy?  Esos alguienes no están en montañas lejanas. Son un poder fáctico fácilmente reconocible.

Some notes about celebrations, sacrifices and Religion

My hypothesis is that, according with evolutionary game theory, the collective sacrifices are needed for the coordination of societies that are not formed by clones, like the human society. Such sacrifices can be in the course of informal (celebrations) or formally recognized as sacrifices in religious rites. (search also for "robotic truth" in this blog, where I explain how even the mere notion of what is Truth is mediated by this need for coordination).

It is in our instincts and we naturally arrange our behavior to do so. It is very interesting what happens we invite friends to a celebration. We sacrifice our time and money and dedicate out attention to the others mutually. Even the mutual perception of happiness being together assures everyone that the others prefer to be with us and invest their effort with us. 

Probably, the less formal the sacrifices are, the less efficient are, and the sacrifice higher. I suspect that in really bad times and when the traditional rites have been forgotten, and people does not trust the formal institutions, the only alternative are human sacrifices. That happens in marginal groups of modern societies. We have to investigate these matters urgently (more on the reasons for this below)

To understand the mechanism by which sacrifices work for social coordination is the key:  By making a clear and evident personal sacrifice in a public celebration is a sign of proclamation of commitment to the community because if we change to other community, we have to perform a second sacrifice for the other community. So we will have no incentives to defect if we invest in our group doing sacrifices. By making the sacrifice in public, we do not only accept our group. In ecumenic societies like this, that means also the public rejection of other groups. That's why secret societies, that do not celebrate rites in public, the sacrifices are higher: the latter does not happens and defection is easier, so the penalties for breaking the rules must be higher.

It is like the insurance companies (or by the way, the state run taxation and services system): There is an initial payment, a periodic payment and a payment if you want to leave. You can not receive the services of your insurance company immediately. You either have to pay more at the beginning or you have to pay a number of times before using the services. If you leave, depending on the services you demanded, you have to pay a penalty.  Religious celebrations and sacrifices are the same, but at the instinctive (emotional) level. It is regulated by unconscious coordination mechanisms, while the insurance companies uses the same game theoretical logic (I can bet that insurance companies use game theory a lot), but it is perfectly conscious and rational. not instinctive. I have no emotional attachment to the other clients of my insurance company. 

Paying taxes I do not find to fit with an intuitive notion of sacrifice, I mean it is not experienced as sacrifice because the money is not a natural (i.e. ancestral) possession towards we have a natural way to evaluate the gain of loss of it.  Moreover it can not be made evident to the other people in a public event, that is the essence of the rite or celebration, in which mutual trust is created.

Probably the sacrifice of a marathon in a public event is much more fulfilling for this purpose than money. When, In a celebration, I spend money to make my friends happy, it is my time and my effort what constitutes my sacrifice, not the money. Women usually do not appreciate the amount of money spent by the husband in a gift, but the overall  continuous personal effort invested on her. The sons of parents that do not spend time with them have the same psychological problems, no matter the amount of money the parent spend in material goods for them or either if they are rich or poor.

Probably this is because the evaluation of sacrifice of the other is hardwired to consider some kind of goods that actually were present in the ancestral environment: personal effort, and personal pain mainly. or some goods that were a product of  personal effort: the blood of hunted animals or other basic possessions like the own blood, or some symbols that represent them, wit decreasing levels of realism. For example an animal bough   for a certain amoun of money(but not the same amount of money as such). Anoter gift offered in sacrifice could be whatever that hurt adversary groups ad hurt ourselves in case we leave the group.

A country is something in the middle. But the emotional attachment for your country is not a consequence of the money you pay in taxes for the education system. It is because your celebrations and memorials and the history books, you read and all the things that you find easy to do with the people of your country and not so well with other people. 

The dynamic of religion  and sacrifice becomes clear when compared with an insurance company: when trust grows and the people don´t lie to the insurance company the payments become lesser and lesser. When the distrust increase, and the demand of payment grows by liars or wrongdoers, the payments grows until the payment is comparable to the service. That is, if the clients have a false accident of total loss  every year,, the company will demand the price of a car every year. if you kill people and expect that the group will help you with their lifes from the probable vengeance, it is expected that your group demand for you to kill one of your children in public or to kill two enemies or to take prisioners for killing them in the altar or some equaly horrendous. Otherwise the game theoretical equilibrium will not work to stabilize the group cooperation. That`s what happens in ancient and modern tribes.

What I say is that atheism is NOT an option.  

Not only because Chesterton said that anyone who does nor believe in God will en up believing in anything, but also because that is in the structure of the human mind as is know by personal introspection (the greek philosophers), historical experiience (any religion-less community that lasted?)  and by game theoretical+ evolutionary  reasons that i tried to explain here.

At the moment that you reject a deity, you accept other. The religion of atheists is quite similar to a primitive religion because religion emerges in its primitive form when you reject your own.

But the human mind can not work with impersonal myths. Whenever impersonal myths are created, exist also personal entities that  become myts. Normally the ones that created these myths of fighted for them.

The most primitive form is the cult to the personality, that is the cult to a living god-man. Who was the leader of the tribu, whose actions are mytified and celebrated. Of course this is the worst of all kinds of religions. That happens ever when a society tried to establish itself in abstract principles, being them comunism, equality, progress, rule of law, evolution etc.

Incidentally the reason why the cult to Lincoln, Jefferson etc is so weak is because the American constitution IS a constitution under a personal God.

I´m astonished  contemplating how people can contemplate with horror the belief in a god that they thing that it does not exist and accept the belief in worldly lies and praise completely invented myths about their favorite heroes. Even if they know that are false. That Kim Jon Il wrote a mean of tree books a day is incredible for them but there are equally fantastic histories and Myths widely believed that would make Chesterton crap up. And North-coreans too.

The wishfulthinker fall in tears when pronouncing his sacred capitalized worlds: People, Democracy, Equalty Human Rights and so on. In the past, Socialism, Worker Class and such craps motivated the same heart lifts. Today even the Terrorists invoke what they call "Democracy" with passion.

But in his country, like in any other, the same families alternate in government, with a few exceptions, no matter the kind or regime and the political party. All are equals except that some are more equal than others. Perhaps things are closer to the Ancient Regime rather than to the myths of his utopic society.  The more the utopics are in power, the more the ancient regime (that they had in the imagination) returns.  Perhaps all such elevated concepts are not part of the reality but ideological constructions and their most known advocates, are nothing but just power seekers that may expect the worship of the wishfulthinkers?

I repeat the cult of men to men is the most primitive and dangerous religion. And RELIGION CAN NOT BE AVOIDED: you can not live without a form of religion, like you can not live alone.

Instant religions

Religions spread a the speed of the communications available. His lifetime is variable. In the past, sectarian movements limited themselves to reduced circles, if not reduced to a single tribe.  Naturally, when communications are slow, a crazy religion, that says, for examole, that cooking food is bad, he lives  and dies (by malnutrition of the believers) in a reduced space.

But this is no longer the case. With the invention of the newspapers, but specially the radio,  sectarian movements spread trough all the earth almost instantly . from the XVII century on, communists experiments. by protestant sects, where essayed repeatedly and failed. Most of them without notice, They did not had such a propaganda tools like the radio and the newspapers. Modern communists in the early XX century had.  As well as Hitler in Germany. These instant religions burned the stages of their crazy ideas (crazy because they where against reality, like the prohibition of cooking food) at the rapid pace that one would have expected if they have been reduced to a little commmunity, but their disastrous impact for the world were much much greater. In fact the invention of the press, the linotype, the radio, the TV and internet are followed by the corresponding religions and ideologies that spread at the speed permitted by their new communication means.

We are exposed more than ever to these instant religions. People can not live without orienting his life towards a goal beyond itself, that is, that transcend itself in a comunity with others that share the same goals. He need to feel the warm of the others that think like him (that is almost a theorem of evolutionary game theory applied to social entities). 

The community is made around a plan for the future, an organization principles and other elements that is not worth to mention here.  These are the set of beliefs that make present by a set of rites and sacrifices, being them small or large. The community sentiment  can be reduced to a tribe or the whole Humanity  depending on his means of life and the short term-long term orientation.

That is not bad in principle, is what is it and is human nature. But in  anomial societies like the modern West, where the small communities have been lost time ago, and the christian faith that created a big sense of community for all the West also has been lost, is not something bearable. That drive many desperate people, fundamentally atheistic or agnostic,  to coalesce around whatever crazy idea that a leader or group of leaders tell to him. These crazy ideas take much of the base religion:  salvation, apocalypse, priesthood etc. The more the de-christianization, the more desperately people adopt these instant religions.

La gran traición

La Gran Traición sigue en marcha. Pero esta no es una traición que va a traer la paz a través del olvido. Nunca la trae. Esto es un golpe de Régimen que desde el 11M está consolidando a las fuerzas del oportunismo, la cobardia, la desidia, lo acomodaticio.

Eso es lo que trae lo amenazante cuando no se afronta, es mas, se santifica y legitima con la traición. Y no hablo de lo amenazante de ETA solo. hablo de los señores del Terrorismo con mayusculas, los asesinos criminales del 11M que no están en zulos de Francia, sino muy cerca  de las togas de los magistrados que han perpetrado esa sentencia y ellos lo saben. Lo saben mas que cualquier otro. Y lo temen cervalmente pero también lo aman para ser promocionados.  Cuando el asesino de tu hermano no ha sido detenido, se pasea por tu calle y tu no haces nada, entonces el que manda es el asesino y tu eres su servidor. Lo oscuro, lo demagógico lo que no tiene principios excepto el de la propia voluntad y el propio interés es lo que está tomando verdaderamente el poder. Todo lo perverso, es decir, el Mal, con mayúsculas. Y esta sentencia es un reflejo de ese mal. Y el mal si no se detiene, acaba llamando a la puerta de cada uno.

Hemos dejado de luchar. Estamos gravemente enfermos. Enfermos terminales. La paz ya esta aqui. La paz del cementerio, donde los gusanos, las hienas y los buitres están a sus anchas.

 Si te ries de esto, espera y verás. ¿Que mas podrido y muerto que una sociedad donde las palabras cobardía y traición no significan nada? Que pais mas envilecido, atontado y engordado  a base de gambas por los años de la burbuja que este?  Aqui pegas una patada y salen 100 ZPs de derechas de izquierdas y de centrocampista. que asco.

The apocalypticist mentality

Ah the apocalyptic mentality..... An apocalypticist is like a nationalist. The later think that it  has born in the best possible country by pure chance, and will make it greater. The apocalypticist, also by pure chance, think that he is in a pivotal moment on history where some catastrophe or something wonderful will happen. The end of all wars, the prosperity forever, the enlightened age of eternal progress, The New Man of the socialism, the climatic apocalypse, the new Aquarius age, or the second coming of Christ. (or the first coming of the leader that will end wars, tame the climate,a inaugurate an Aquarius age and so on). 

Of the two, the apocalypticists are the worst. A nationalist can kill few before being defeated because they can´t hide the fact that they work for themselves and they find rapid opposition.

But the apocalypticsts work "for the good of humanity" and are here and there, everywhere, ready to commit whatever crimes to advance or avoid the coming apocalypse. And because their propaganda say that they work for the good of Humanity, and not for themselves and their laboratories and their political careers, they find little opposition. On the contrary, they find armies of hyperinformed idiots. 

These, their followers are late-news addicts with null background knowledge in human affairs and almost in anything else except his little specialization, incapable to interpret and integrate what they see and hear for a couple of yeas if not days and compose mentally the big picture. Their fish-like memory and their opinions are shaped by professional opinators that follow the smell of money and power,

You can do little against their propaganda armies. Their generals don´t have personal lifes. They are  like priests, dedicated to evangelize unbelievers to their obsessions. Occupy the bureaucracies of the states and specially the international institutions. they feel compelled to work in the mass media and the Education to extend their propaganda.   You will never win the battle. You have a familly, children, a future in which to think... Those that believe in the apocalypse don`t.

Just mock at them. sit patiently an wait for the reality to work for you, and the apocalypse will ridicule them one more time with his absence.

Sobre el poder arbitrario

A raiz del indulto Gallardón I el Arbitrario a un conductor homicida, que conscientemente circuló en sentido contrario me viene algún pensamiento  sobre el poder. Y se me ocurre que hay distintos tipos de poder. Pero el poder en estado puro, el que se exhibe ante los demás, el que es una moneda de cambio en el mercado social y hace ganar una hueste de adeptos y deudores de favores detrás. Ese poder, tiene que ser arbitrario.

Un tipo de poder es delegado y temporal, que viene reglamentado por la sociedad. En realidad el que ostenta un cargo de este tipo, es eso, un cargo, es decir, una carga. Es una función que se ejerce a través de ese individuo como podría ejercerse a través de otro. Solo significa que ese individuo reune unas características que la sociedad, sea una empresa, una comunidad o un país juzga que son adecuadas.  En todo caso el que es delegado  temporalmente para ejercer un poder detentado por otro titular, sean los accionistas, el Pueblo o el dueño de un club, puede presumir de sus cualidades que le llevaron a ser elegido. Pero no mucho más.

Pero con la arbitrariedad el detentador del poder muestra hasta donde llega su voluntad de subvertir  el poder delegado para su propio beneficio y capacidad de maniobra que de facto tiene dentro de los márgenes mas o menos definidos de su cargo. Entonces de repente, la posible masa afectada por ese poder,  viendo la arbitrariedad, se dirige no a los cauces ordinarios, siempre engorrosos y ya viciados por la arbitrariedad, sino que se somete a la voluntad del cargo arbitrario a cambio de favores. Entre la masa clientelar del cargo arbitrario puede haber mujeres, empresarios, amigos de amigos etc. Todos ellos ofrecen sus favores a cambio de los favores del poderoso corrupto y arbitrario.

Nada de esta corrupción que aparece inmediatamente después de la arbitrariedad, podría ocurrir si el cargo no muestra en público dicha arbitrariedad. Por tanto, para su provecho, la arbitrariedad debe ser exhibida y cuanto más mejor. El modo mas fácil de mostrar arbitrariedad sin salir siquera de los márgenes, es dificultar lo más posible dentro de lo legal, cualquier proceso. De esa manera, el cargo, sea desde un administrativo de un ministerio o empresa o un ministro, se convierte, de ser una vía por donde discurre el proceso en un salteador de caminos que reclama la bolsa o la vida a todo el que tiene la desgracia de pasar por alli. A partir de ese momento se establecen lazos de pleitesia, reciprocidad y/o guerra abierta entre los diversos salteadores/señores feudales de todo tipo, nivel y condición que, apostados en el camino, en sus riscos y/o castillos de papeles y burocracia, tratan de sacar el mayor rédito de los predios que controlan.

Solo hay un problema. La arbitrariedad encubierta no granjea el respeto y el temor de la hueste. Lógicamente, cuanto mas fechos y fazañas sometiendo a su voluntad a cuanto osare desafiale,  el ostentador del cargo tendrá mas dulcineas y mas agasajos recibirá de la nobleza y de la corte y mas trovadores mostrarán pleitesía y ganas de trabajar a su servicio rellenando columnas y columnas de loas y alabanzas. La legalidad y límites del cargo se tornan nada mas que en riscos que hay que sortear por las veredas para acechar y aprovechar dicha legalidad para emboscar a los enemigos, con el fin de defender el dominio de poder y a aquellos con los que liga un pacto de sangre, clan, partido o partida.  No hay mas que escucharles cuando hablan relajadamente, el lenguaje medieval que utilizan tanto ellos como sus trovadores, cuyos términos no son metáforas, sino que describen la auténtica naturaleza de su poder.

El ultimo pendón que todo cabrón arbitrario quiere ganar, es la exhibición a la luz del día, publicada a los cuatro vientos, de arbitrariedad en su grado mas excelso, que consiste en cometer la arbitrariedad  mas desproporcionada posible para conceder un favor nimio que ni le va ni le viene demasiado al poderoso.  Matar una mosca a cañonazos con pólvora del Rey. Ese es el ultimo pendón que corona a un hijo de su madre como rey de corruptilandia.

Por ejemplo, una arbitrariedad en grado excelso sería indultar como ministro de justicia de la nación,  via BOE, no a cualquier estafador amiguete de medio pelo, que también, sino a un hijo de puta miserable que todo el mundo odia, y que es, como si dijéramos, primo de la cuñada del portero de la finca del compañero de partido. Y eso es lo que hizo Gallardón I el arbitrario. "Ahi queda eso, porque yo lo valgo".

Otra fazaña, mas extrema, es asesinar a 200 inocentes a la luz del dia para ganar el poder, que todo el mundo sepa quien ha sido y que nadie se atreva a decir que lo sabe (y que todo el mundo vea que nadie se atreve). Como saben en Cuba o en Sicilia, no hace falta matar a demasiado a menudo para que te obedezcan y coman de tu mano. Luego, los condecoras.

Nada ha cambiado ni nada cambiará. El Estado de Derecho es un mito sobre cuyo edificio, que nunca fue firmes en ninguna parte, pero que está cada vez mas ruinoso, se sobreimponen las instituciones naturales, como las clases sociales, las familias, los feudos, la amistad. Pero cuando están distorsionadas por un sistema político producto de la ingeniería social que no las reconoce y las ignora en lugar de tenerlas en cuenta, se malignizan y la clase social se convierte en casta, la familia en clan o en tribu, los feudos en cacicazgos, la amistad en pactos de sangre. La corrupción acelerada, llegando hasta la violencia, es el destino de toda institución artificial.
